Warehouse managers can now catch errors as they happen instead of after the fact, thanks to a new partnership between Made4net and Flymingo.

What’s Related

The two companies announced they are teaming up to bring AI-powered computer vision into the warehouse. The technology combines Made4net’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) with Flymingo’s AI platform, using existing security cameras to monitor floor activities in real time.

“We are thrilled to partner with Flymingo to bring a new level of precision and intelligence to the supply chain,” said Amit Levy, EVP of Sales and Strategy at Made4net.

By feeding live warehouse data from Made4net’s WMS into Flymingo’s AI, managers can spot errors, missed steps, or other problems as they happen. The goal is to help warehouses run more smoothly and avoid small issues turning into bigger ones.

Real-world results

One company already seeing benefits is Abaline Supply, a New Jersey-based wholesale distributor. With Made4net’s system, Abaline runs a 165,000-square-foot warehouse and manages 25 delivery trucks.

Before adding Flymingo’s AI vision, spotting mistakes meant searching through hours of old security footage. Now, the system flags errors in real time.

“Before Flymingo, identifying errors involved combing through hours of security footage, often weeks after the mistake occurred,” said Avi Boas, Abaline’s Chief Operating Officer. “Now, mistakes are flagged immediately, and associates recognize their errors almost instantly. This proactive approach has improved customer satisfaction and strengthened our employee relationships.”

Smarter warehouses with no extra hardware

Flymingo’s system works with a warehouse’s existing cameras, with no need for extra hardware.

“The complexity of modern warehouse operations demands a new approach to process control and visibility,” said Roy Gherman, Flymingo’s Co-founder and CEO. “By partnering with Made4net, we’re not just monitoring warehouse activities – we’re creating an unprecedented capability for operational excellence and an indisputable source of truth – all with minimal IT involvement and no new hardware.”

Made4net is a global provider of cloud-based warehouse and supply chain software. Flymingo’s AI platform focuses on bringing real-time computer vision to logistics operations.
