At its ICON 2025 conference in Nashville, Blue Yonder unveiled five new AI agents designed to help companies move faster and respond better across the supply chain — from warehouse operations and inventory planning to logistics and store shelf management.

What’s Related

Each AI agent is focused on a specific area and is built to help supply chain teams make faster decisions, avoid manual work, and stay ahead of disruptions.

  • The Inventory Ops Agent flags supply and demand mismatches and recommends fixes like alternate sourcing or demand swaps.
  • The Warehouse Ops Agent reallocates labor, identifies outbound risks, and streamlines loading and unloading to improve on-time performance.
  • The Logistics Ops Agent monitors delivery issues and automatically recommends route changes or rescheduled appointments.
  • The Shelf Ops Agent lets planners edit planograms at scale using simple natural-language prompts.
  • The Network Ops Agent monitors the end-to-end supply chain, automating tasks like ETA updates, carrier selection, and order confirmations.

Blue Yonder also previewed a new Tariffs Agent, designed to help businesses quickly react to changing trade policies and minimize the impact of rising tariffs.

“Our AI agents empower customers to see, analyze, decide, and act,” said Duncan Angove, CEO of Blue Yonder. “They respond swiftly to disruptions, minimize delays, and uncover growth opportunities.”

The agents are part of Blue Yonder’s new Cognitive Solutions platform, which is built on Microsoft Azure AI and Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud. The system uses a supply chain knowledge graph to help users understand and manage real-time relationships between suppliers, logistics partners, and inventory.

The company also launched its Agent Activation Advisory, which aims to help customers get AI agents up and running within 6 to 12 weeks.
