Ehrhardt Partner Group (EPG) is working with NVIDIA to deliver more real-time insight into logistics, using AI to help spot problems earlier and suggest next steps before disruptions spread.
The work combines EPG’s logistics software with NVIDIA’s AI technology, including tools that analyze live video and operational data from warehouses. The goal is to move beyond fixed rules and constant manual intervention, and toward systems that can respond when conditions shift.
EPG said logistics teams make millions of decisions every day, from staffing and routing to how work flows through a warehouse. Many of those decisions still rely on predefined rules and human judgment. By adding AI, the company says systems can better understand what is happening in real time, test different scenarios, and recommend adjustments when something starts to go off track.
Alongside the NVIDIA work, EPG is introducing a new AI environment called AURA, which will sit within its EPG ONE supply chain platform. AURA is designed to connect planning, execution, and optimization more closely, using AI to help teams see how decisions in one area affect the rest of the operation.
“With AURA, powered by NVIDIA, a new era of logistics begins. Our AI environment understands the dynamics of the supply chain, identifies risks early, and takes action before disruptions occur. The result is more stable processes, higher efficiency, and fewer errors,” said Peter Bollinger, CEO of Ehrhardt Partner Group.
According to EPG, AURA is built to work across different systems and data sources, giving companies a clearer view of their operations without having to piece information together from multiple tools. The company says this approach can help logistics teams react faster and make more informed decisions.
