Peer Robotics and CaPow are joining forces to help warehouse and factory robots work without stopping to charge. The partnership combines Peer’s mobile robots with CaPow’s power system, which lets the robots charge while they’re on the move without needing to plug in or stop working.

Peer has already added CaPow’s tech to two types of its robots, allowing them to stay in motion all day. “At Peer, we are committed to developing efficient and simple industrial automation systems that drive meaningful results,” said Rishabh Agarwal, CEO of Peer Robotics. “By teaming up with CaPow, we’re providing a comprehensive solution to costly downtime, and that’s a massive win for our customers.”

Most warehouse robots need 3 to 4 hours of downtime daily to charge. CaPow’s tech changes that by letting them stay powered while they work. This means they don’t need as big a battery and can keep running more efficiently. That helps companies see a return on their investment faster and reduce operating costs.

The two companies say they’re focused on long-term growth and helping customers, not just making quick sales. They’re also planning to bring this technology to Peer’s upcoming larger robot models and are working on new safety features involving supercapacitor power systems.
