Owen Haacke brings over a decade of experience in international trade and supply chain optimization to CargoClear. As a co-founder of Supply Chain Shark, he developed tools to help businesses streamline operations and reduce costs. He also owns Empress Brokers International LLC, a licensed customs brokerage, where he advises on product sourcing, logistics management, and import compliance.

Previously, Owen served as Director of the US-China Business Council Shanghai office, guiding multinational corporations on supply chain strategies and regulatory shifts. He also worked with the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance, shaping trade policies impacting tariffs and global trade agreements. Fluent in Mandarin and a Licensed U.S. Customs Broker, Owen combines global expertise with technical precision to drive CargoClear’s innovative solutions.
